About
Bric A Brac is a band for hire in Melbourne, VIC.
French song is the starting point for Bric A Brac, whose arrangements draw from Parisian traditions and music associated with Louisiana, Quebec and Brittany. Violin and accordion sit alongside Ced's singing, while washboard and double bass supply the rhythm. The repertoire also reaches into Cajun and medieval material, giving the group a broad collection of melodies to explore through dance rhythms and quieter songs.
