About
Asteria Entertainment is an aerialist for hire in Canberra, ACT.
Aerial artistry, dance and theatre, costumed and choreographed to fit the event rather than pulled from a standard show. Asteria Entertainment stages acts across a wide spread of disciplines: trapeze and aerial work, fire and LED performance, hula hoop, belly dance, podium and pole, burlesque and roving characters. There's a dedicated line of children's entertainment too, built around colour and interactive fun. Canberra based, the company scales from intimate corporate functions up to large productions, and every performer is insured for the style of act they deliver.
The show
Aerial work, dance and theatre woven into one piece rather than a string of separate turns. Costuming and choreography are put together for your event, so what goes on stage suits the room and the theme instead of being the same show wheeled out again. The company scales up and down: a small corporate function gets something intimate, a large production gets a proper cast. Trapeze and aerial sit at the centre of it, with fire, LED, hula hoop, belly dance, podium and pole, burlesque and roving characters all available in the mix.
