The show
Ruby is a circus performer and a magician in the one booking, and the costuming does a lot of the work before she's even started. Contortion, acrobatics, hula hoop, juggling, fire, LED, aerial: the skill on show is genuine and hard won. Then she'll do close-up magic right in front of a small group, which is a very different kind of surprise. It's a lot of variety from one performer, and how it lands depends on which pieces you pick and where in the night they sit.
On the day
Roving needs little or no setup at all, sometimes none, depending on what you've booked. A stage show or a workshop takes around 15 minutes to get ready. Anything with rigging, including the freestanding aerial rig, needs noticeably longer at both ends of the night, so build that time into your schedule and check the ceiling height and floor space with Ruby before locking it in.
Performance options
Roving is one option: Ruby moves through the crowd while your event carries on around her. A stage show is another, and the two can be combined. She also runs workshops, which pair well with a show for kids' events and vacation care. Or you can book a single act on its own, anywhere from two minutes to twenty. Past twenty and she'd call it a show, not an act.
