About
1927 is a band for hire in Sydney, NSW.
Eric Weideman's voice sits at the centre of 1927, the Australian pop-rock band formed in Melbourne in 1987. The group's story began when Garry Frost saw Weideman sing Roxanne on television and sought him out for a new project. With guitar and keyboards alongside bass and drums, 1927 grew from that meeting into a band built around Weideman's lead vocals.
